Organization Structure

The company is operated by a board of directors consisting of experienced, qualified, and energetic individuals.  The board of directors defines the overall policies, strategies, priorities, and modus operandi for each project. The day-to-day management is delegated to the managing director elected by the board and also one of the promoters of the company. Works are divided into five major sections of which section chiefs are responsible. Most of the section chiefs are members of the board of directors and promoters of the firm. The firm has a number of full-time and Resource staff and a pool of resource personnel whose services are acquired as per the requirement for each specific project.
